24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Voucher Cleaning:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time or if you do not arrive at the cleaning within 15 minutes of our arrival during the time laid out by your confirmation email, we will redeem your voucher. The money will go to each cleaner who lost hours as well as the charity for that month.

Direct Pay Cleaning:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time or if you do not arrive at the cleaning within 15 minutes of our arrival during the time laid out by your confirmation email, you will be charged a $30 fee for each cleaner scheduled for your appointment. $20 will be given to each cleaner who lost hours and $10 will be given to the charity for that month.
