Mike Dewine, Ohio Governor, has placed a Stay at Home order that goes into effect at 11:59pm on Monday 3/23/2020. This is only allowing essential businesses to remain open. Under Section 12, Part K of the order cleaning/janitorial services are deemed essential. We are planning on staying open for business, but this in no way means that we will be forcing anyone to work. We are also asking all employees to answer the following questions before being cleared to work...
Have you been asked to self-quarantine?
Is someone in your home under quarantine or observation by local health authorities or has a confirmed case of Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Have you had close contact with someone outside your home that is under quarantine or observation by local health authorities or has a confirmed case of COVID-19?
Do you have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath or feel like you have a cold or the flu?
We also ask that all customers reschedule or cancel their appointment if they answer "yes" to any of these questions or if they are concerned about having someone in their home.
If you would like to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Please contact us 24 hours or more from the time of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more info.
During this time, all of our appointments (residential and commercial) will be used to sanitize high touch surfaces as a primary focus. All other tasks will be secondary.
We truly care for the safety and well being of our team members and the people in our community.
We are staying open to help prevent the spread of the virus and allow financial stability for the staff members that still wish to work. This is an ever changing situation and we will stay in communication if there are any additional changes.
Cleaning for a Cause takes the health and safety of it’s employees and customers seriously.
Due to the recent outbreak of coronavirus we have provided all of our cleaning staff for both residential and commercial accounts with a hospital grade disinfectant. It kills antibiotic resistant viruses and bacteria including human coronavirus.
This is safe on all surfaces including glass.
As always, rags and mop heads are washed with bleach daily and are not used between homes and businesses. We continue to use disposable gloves which are changed between locations. All staff members are required to wear a mask at all locations.
While we cannot guarantee to stop the spread of the virus, we will do our best to help the process.
If you have any questions or concerns or if you would like a copy of the PDF file explaining the product that will be used, please contact us via email email@example.com.
