An invoice will be sent to your provided email the day you call to schedule your appointment. Payment can be made at any point from the day the invoice was made to the day of your scheduled appointment. Payment is due on or before the day of your scheduled appointment. If payment is not received on or before your scheduled appointment you will be charged a late fee of $10 for amounts lower than $100 or a late fee of 10% for amounts of $100 or greater. After the first late fee, payment needs to be made within 72 hours. If 72 hours is exceeded without payment you will be charged a $10 late fee for amounts lower than $100 or a 10% late fee for amounts $100 or greater. This will be given directly to charity. The late fee will be charged every 72 hours until payment has been received.
If you have an appointment scheduled and payment from your previous appointment has not been received, your appointment will be cancelled.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time or if you do not arrive at the cleaning within the 15 minute window after your scheduled cleaning time, we will redeem your voucher. The money will go to the cleaner for hours lost as well as the charity for that month.
Direct Pay Cleaning:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time or if you do not arrive at the cleaning within the 15 minute window after your scheduled cleaning time, you will be charged a $30 fee for each cleaner scheduled for your appointment. $20 will be given to the cleaner or cleaners who lost hours and $10 will be given to the charity for that month.
Expired or Refunded Groupons
We will accept Groupon vouchers 30 days past their expiration. If the expiration is past 30 days you will be responsible for paying the difference between what you paid for the voucher and the price of the service.
If you need to return a Groupon you will have to request the refund directly through Groupon . We do not receive any of the funds from Groupon purchases. Please note that if your voucher is expired, they will not refund your money.
