Payment Policy:
​
An invoice will be sent to your provided email the day you call to schedule your appointment. Payment can be made at any point from the day the invoice was made to the day of your scheduled appointment. Payment is due on or before the day of your scheduled appointment. If payment is not received on or before your scheduled appointment you will be charged a late fee of $10 for amounts lower than $100 or a late fee of 10% for amounts of $100 or greater. After the first late fee, payment needs to be made within 72 hours. If 72 hours is exceeded without payment you will be charged a $10 late fee for amounts lower than $100 or a 10% late fee for amounts $100 or greater. The late fee will be charged every 72 hours until payment has been received.
If you have an appointment scheduled and payment from your previous appointment has not been received, your appointment will be cancelled.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or refusal of service with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the full scheduled service. If you do not arrive at the business/home within 15 minutes of our arrival, this will be considered a refusal of service and you will be charged the full time. If we are not granted permission to enter the business/home or given instructions on how to enter the business/home within 15 minutes of our arrival this will be considered refusal of service and you will be charged the full time.
Expired or Refunded Groupons
As of 01/01/2020, we no longer accept Groupon vouchers.

If you need to return a Groupon you will have to request the refund directly through Groupon . We do not receive any of the funds from Groupon purchases. Please note that if your voucher is expired, they will not refund your money.
