Before contacting us to schedule please look over our service areas, and our FAQ page for services not provided and other information for questions you may have.

Upon scheduling we will need the following information...

  1. First and Last Name

  2. the best 10-digit phone number

  3. full home address including zip code and unit number if applicable

  4. best email address for confirmation email and invoice if applicable

  5. voucher number if one was purchased (we do match Groupon prices for the first cleaning)

  6. date or date range you are looking to schedule for

  7. the amount of hours and type of cleaning you are looking for

To schedule please call fill out the email form below

After Scheduling...

  1. You will receive a confirmation email the day of scheduling to the email address you provided when scheduling.

  2. If you do not receive a confirmation email by the end of the day after scheduling, your appointment is NOT confirmed. Please contact us to either confirm your appointment or so we can resend the email.

  3. Please read the confirmation email in it's entirety as there is important information about your cleaning.

  4. If paying us directly (online via PayPal or in person via check) you will receive an invoice from PayPal under Cleaning for a Cause directly to the email address you provided the day of scheduling. Payment is due on or before the day of your cleaning.
